Changing language for particular notes

Dear all,
I read and work in different languages, hence my notes vary in language, too.It is not a major issue, but it would be nice that if I change the default language in a note, this setting would be saved, such that the next time I open the note but changed the language in any other note, I do not have to change the language again.

    after a year, this is still an issue.the setting of language in one note is a global preference.if you select "english" in one note, and then open a german note, all the words are underlined red, and vice versa.

    so I ask again: why not allow for change of language in particular notes, or even the language-check for two or more languages at once?
