Upgrade Storage[beta] Scaffold not showing loaded translators

Tested in two profiles on Windows
When I open Scaffold I can, after waiting a little for the translators to load, click the "Open" icon, but the dialog that opens is entirely empty ( https://imgur.com/a/zD781kH)
The directory it's pointing to definitely holds the translators (as you can see in the debug).

AbeJellinekI think this will be fixed after this fixmakes it into the next beta, judging by the log.The Open dialog tries to find web translators matching the browser's location, which involves deproxying the URL, and that's partially broken in the current beta.
