Steps to reproduce:
188BET靠谱吗1) Open a PDF file in the Zotero PDF reader
2) Right-click on the tab title -> Duplicate Tab
188BET靠谱吗3) Close and restart Zotero
-> Only the latest scrolled tab is reopened.The other tab has disappeared.

Tested on:
- Windows 10

    I still see the bug in the latest beta.
    188BET靠谱吗Note that if I switch to the library tab before closing Zotero, both tabs are correctly reopened.
