When I open a note to edit in a new window, tags and related panes are not expandable.I also can't add tags or related items in this view.

    A similar issue goes for the right-side notes pane in PDF reader.After selecting the notes icon in the right ribbon and adding an item note then editing the note!back button at the top of the note is not responding.
