Application not responding

Ive downloaded the application multiple times (deleting the old ones as I go) however the application wont open and i keep getting the error message "application not responding" on my mac.I have an assignment due saturday and its required I used this software so please help.I also downloaded the chrome extension

    I am having the same issue I'm using mac Sonoma (14.5).Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Is this a personal computer or an institutional one?Are you running any third-party security software?
