Error updating subscription.

Hello~ I have tried to update my storage plan several times in the last two days, but the web page keeps prompting an error message: "Error updating subscription.Please try again in a few minutes." What am I supposed to do?

This is affecting us as well.We have reached our storage limit and need to urgently purchase more storage space.

Ayer mismo conseguí solucionar el problema.Desde mi ordenador Windows no conseguía realizar el pago, me ponía "error updating subscription".Ya no sabía que hacer, asique decidí probarlo desde el Mac, desde Safari.A la primera me funcionó.
