not synced for about a week

My desktop is version 6.0.35 (Ubuntu Linux).I noticed that my online account as well my ipad have not been synced for about a week.I tried to restarted the app (in both desktop and ipad) but to no avail.

In my desktop app, all 4 boxed in the sync panel are checked.

Thanks for your prompt response.After closing/reopening the desktop app a few times, and clicking the "stop sync" button (the square button on the left of the "sync" button), and clicking the "sync" button, the sync function started to work again.
