Underlining and inconsistent modifications

Hello all,

188BET靠谱吗I'm encountering two issues with the Zotero Word plug-in I could use your help with.188BET靠谱吗I have confirmed that I'm using the most updated version of Zotero.

188BET靠谱吗(1) When I insert a citation using Zotero Word plug-in, the citation then has a dotted line added underneath it.How can I get rid of this?

(2) A bigger issue. For context: I have my document preferences set to a particular style (Academy of Management Discoveries). The short version of how this style works is:

2 authors: Always include both names
3-6 authors: Include all names the first time. After that, use the first author's name plus et al.
7 or more authors: Always use the first author's name plus et al.(including for the first mention)

188BET靠谱吗The problem is, the Zotero Word plug-in is inconsistent about following these ^ rules. So, here are two examples of how this inconsistency shows up:

Scenario 1:
Paper A has three authors.
Paper B has three authors.

The second time I mention Paper A, the plug-in correctly modifies the citation so that it has the first author's name plus et al.

But the second time I mention Paper B, the plug-in misses this, and doesn't modify the citation so that is has the first author's name plus et al.Instead, it features all three author's names.

Why would it correctly modify the citation for Paper A but not for Paper B?

Scenario 2:
Paper A has three authors.

The second and third time I mention Paper A, the plug-in correctly modifies the citation so that it has the first author's name plus et al.

But the fourth time I mention paper A, the plug-in misses this, and doesn't modify the citation so that is has the first author's name plus et al.Instead, it features all three author's names.

Why would it correctly modify the citation for the second and third times I cite the paper, but not for the fourth time I cite the paper?
