Ctrl+ mouse scroll for zoom in/out sometimes do not work

In the previous version of windows 11, the Ctrl+ mouse scroll can zoom in/out the pdf reader, but it usually fails these days.

    I notice the same: the Ctrl+ Scrollbreaks quite often in the latest beta.I haven't identified reliable reproducing steps yet.

    When it is broken, it is not just a small time delay.I can continue scrolling and zooming in other tabs, then go back to the broken one and the Ctrl+ Scrollis still broken.
    Making a simple Scrollwithout Ctrlmakes it recover.

    Note though that I do not see anymore the problem of time delay when switching from scrolling to zooming, which is a very nice improvement.

    Tried it out in beta 95 on several PDFs.Working well so far.
