How to allow a user to make entries from a second account

We have a research assistant who needs to log into our team's account to import references as part of her work.188BET靠谱吗However, she has her own personal account and Zotero is warning her that it's contents will be deleted if she works in the team's account.Is it not possible for someone to work on the same computer in two separate accounts?Is the only option to use her own account to enter the team's references, and then 'share' it with the team's account?

    though the recommended way to work with multiple users on a library would be to use a group, not have multiple people share a "Team" account.

    Thank you.If we go the 'group' route, do I understand she would have a library or folder within her account where she enters/that houses the reference for the 'team'- and which is accessible to entire team?When she moves on in a few months from her RA job, we just remove her from the group..?Thanks!

    A library, in technical terms, yes, and yes on removing him from the group -- that's one of the big advantages: otherwise you'd need to delete API keys and change passwords whenever someone leaves the team (even if you're not worried about malfeasance -- I'm typically not with my former RAs -- accidental deletions are a real concern)
