So I can sync pdf attachments from iPad and PC.However, when I try to sync from my iPhone, the attachments are not accessible to my other devices.

@robertludwickI checked the data you sent us.188BET靠谱吗Can you open Zotero on your iOS device and try to search for "VTZS5KE2"?Then open this item and it should show 2 notes, which should be identical.Try removing one of those notes and try syncing again.That should actually solve your issue.

I've added a fix to the app so that this shouldn't happen anymore, but at least you can fix your issue immediately.
