Abstract too long error

I am continuously receiving an error when I try to sync.It is usually something along the lines of: "The Abstract value "The predominant approach in visual studies, explic…" in one of your items is too long to sync.Shorten the field and sync again."

I tried changing the file, but then I received the error again, but for another file.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
