Adding 'a' and 'b' to in text citations

188BET靠谱吗Hello, I am using zotero for a paper I am currently writing.

188BET靠谱吗I have two articles from the same author and same year but zotero won't add 'a' or 'b' after the in text citation.I am using APA 7.

For example I want:
Browne et al.(2021) a
Browne et al.(2021) b

If anyone is able to help me with this, this would be great.

    The style should already do that, albeit in the form (2021a), as prescribed by APA.

    How exactly are you adding those citations?If the two Browne et al.have different subsequent authors, they should instead be Browne, Smith, et al (2021) and Browne, Meyer, et al (2021)

    Hi Adam, both Browne et al.papers have different subsequent authors, so perhaps that is why it is not doing it!

    yeah, if you insert a regular citation, you'll see how they should appear.

    188BET靠谱吗The Zotero APA style can be absolutely trustedto exactly follow the requirements (if you have entered the metadata properly).The style "knows" how to handle situations with same first author and similar but not identical subsequent others and their respective order.

    edit: the developers of that CSL style are dedicated to perfection.
