I can not import item notes from template

this is error ID 844117145 the problem occurs when i disabled the better notes ,when i import a note form template ,the app stuck i try anything i can think about,i reinstall the better notes it does not work,If anyone can fix the problem i appreciate a lot.
我从模板导入条目笔记时,无法导入页面会卡住不能动,只能重启应用,试过重新安装插件但是没有用。希望有大佬可以解决这个问题,非常感谢

    For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.

    If you can reproduce a problem in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…"), please provide a Debug ID(different from a Report ID) for reproducing it.
