Opening the online PDF reader at a specific page

I believe the correct way to link to a PDF in the online PDF reader would to use a url in the following format (but happy to be corrected):
188BET靠谱吗//www.brodersterzo.com/USERNAME/collections/COLLECTION_ID/items/PARENT_ITEM_ID/attachment/ATTACHMENT_ITEM_ID/reader

Is there a way to open it at a specific page?Also, at a specific annotation?188BET靠谱吗I know these things are available if using the local Zotero.I am interested in the online PDF reader.
