[Android] Sync with Android app not reliable

The sync between Android and my online data is not working properly (extremely slow and unreliable).
The main issue is that I never know if or when the annotations or changes to a file will eventually be synced.

For example, here is the annotation status on my desktop app:

I made sure that this was properly synced to the online library:

Then I do a "Start Logging on Next App Launch" on the Android app and restart the phone.188BET靠谱吗After restart, I start the Zotero app on the Android phone, and let it run until the end, to make sure that everything should be properly synced.

The result I get in the Android app for the same item is:

The sync is taking forever, maybe due to this:

So I cannot really repeat the process to understand what is happening.
I don't know what is causing the "113 issues" (and growing).
