Please help-Just installed and keep getting error messages

I have installed -uninstalled multiple times.The graduation cap shows up when I am an an article but when I click it.I get an error occurred saving as it attempts to save in various formats.

I have attempted to go through the trouble shooting and all my device meets all the system requirements.I do not know what else to do to get this to work.
