Your last Debug ID shows a new document being created in OneDrive.Can you provide another Debug ID for creating a new document and trying to insert a citation after making sure the file is stored on the local disk and saving to OneDrive is disabled?

But again, you should try disabling Grammarly.
@adomasvenmight have some other suggestions, but I don't know that we've ever seen an error like this happening in a completely empty document, so there's something very unusual going on with your system.
