Word extension doesn't work

Hi,

For few days, word plug in hasn't work any more.When I try do had a new reference and click on "insert note or add/edit quotation" the quick formatting of quotations bar is orange (vs red before) and nothing appear when I enter an author name and anythink else.

You're just clicking Add Note instead of Add/Edit Citation, and then not closing it properly.

Press Esc to close that — don't just click behind it, which leaves it open — and then click Add/Edit Citation.
