When I have an item which type is software, if it has a pdf attachment file, double click this item will cause the whole app dead.If I change the item type to book for instance, it will work normally.

    That works fine for me, and the item type shouldn't have any effect on this.What exactly do you mean by "will cause the whole app dead"?

    Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…"), which temporarily disables all plugins?

    If so, can you provide exact steps to reproduce from scratch?

    Thank you!When I switch on the Troubleshooting Mode, the problem DOES NOT EXIST anymore.So it may caused by some plugins, and I'm working on it.
