Dismiss Duplicates

Is there a way of dismissing false duplicates, i.e.removing them from the Duplicate Items folder?

I am left with a few instances of false duplicates: titles of multivolume works which are very similar, or chapters and volumes with the same title.I would like to be able to remove these items from the Duplicate Items folder.Is there a way of doing that?

Not currently, but it's planned.

In addition to the manual removal function, I think it is better to restrict automatic detection to the same type of items, which can avoid effectively simply identifying items with the same or similar titles as duplicates.

Distinguishing different item types is not always better, the same reference could be imported as different document types depending on the quality of metadata available on various sources.
I would definitely prefer an over-enthusiastic duplicate detection (as currently available) with a simple way to mark the candidates as non-duplicates.
