Is your document stored on OneDrive?

Nope documents are stored to my PC
how do i know if im starting as an administrator I don't think so?

You'd have to check right-click → Properties of each .exe.

Right, so that file is on OneDrive.Step 7 on the troubleshooting page:

If using OneDrive on Windows, save the copy of the document to your local hard drive, or try renaming the file to remove any spaces in the filename.OneDrive is known to interfere with the plugin for some people.

188BET靠谱吗You have 4 copies of the Zotero Add-in listed in the Word Add-Ins list, 3 active and 1 inactive (in your original screen grab that you then removed).
