There is no attempt to open a file in the debug log you provided.
Can you please do the following:
* Go to Settings (go Back in the left navigation pane, until you see the gear icon, and tap it)
* Go to Debug Output Logging
* Tap Start Logging
* Dismiss Settings
* Try opening a document to log the issue
* Go back to Settings > Debug Output Logging
* Tap Stop Logging
* Copy and share here the Debug ID
You can also post here a screenshot or video recording of the issue to help us further.
