Zotera dropdown cannot save change to my word in-text citation

Hi, whenever I try to edit an existing in-test citation, Word pops up " You have modified this citation since Zotera generated it.Do you want to keep your modifications and prevent future updates?....with all my citations but due to screen limit I couldn't click yes or no.It doesnt show on my screen.This result in complete shut down of word and Zotera.I have to force quit Word in order to restart.But if i want to change an in-text citation for example to omit author.This happens again and again.What is the solution to solve this?Thank you so much!

    188BET靠谱吗Our software is called "Zotero", not "Zotera".Could you upload a screenshot which shows the issue with being unable to click on the dialog?
