Can't make annotations as the colour won't show on annotations

I have my text displayed.I highlight the sentence I want and choose my colour.All is fine.Then after I make three such annotations, I can no longer choose a colour and have it stick.The underlined text simply goes back to its original state with no highlighting.

I will use the same document and the highlighting feature stops.188BET靠谱吗Then I shut down Zotero and start it again.Then I bring up the same document and the highlighting feature works.
