IOS sync issue

I have 3 devices, 1 win, 1 mac and 1 ipad.I use webdav to sync file on all three devices.But sync works on both mac and win, while fails on my ipad.

my log id is D1151989613.Look forward to your answer.

See Files Not Syncing.The files you're trying to open don't exist on the WebDAV server (so they would also only exist on one of your computers).

Thanks for your quick answer, however, my issue was suddenly solved a few days later without any setting changing, may be due to some unknown network error.Anyway, it works well now, and I really like your product.Thanks a lot for developping such an amazing product!
