Bibliography-how to export?

I have created a bibliography on the app, and it seems to be on word, but what I want to do is get the bibliography on to my document.When I click on add/edit bibliorahy it doesnt seem to work?Any ideas?No one I know seems to have used it, I have spent hours trying to work it out, and assuming it must be something really obvious.
