Zotoro Connector in Chrome

I have spent an hour trying to paste the Zotoro connector to the Chrome address bar.
I gave up, and then tried to obtain a citation from the DOE document site: OSTI.gov
The Z icon appears but says it does not recognize the information.I tried using just the doi number but that doesn't work either.I have a lot of DOE official papers I need to add.Can anyone help?
