There seems to be an issue with my institution's EZ Proxy settings that is preventing downloading attachments from certain databases including HeinOnline while authenticated via EZ Proxy.
188BET靠谱吗This debug id: D922741538 should show two attempts to add the same content from Hein to Zotero once via a proxied link and once when on campus.Attachments fail to save when added via the proxied link but save properly when accessed on campus.
