Upgrade StorageProblem adding articles from crossref page

I am new to research and managing reference lists.I was trying to upload a reference list made by someone else into endnote so I can change some things, without having to add each reference manually.188BET靠谱吗One site suggested downloading zotero and crossref.188BET靠谱吗I paste the entire list in crossref and zotero imports into its own library.188BET靠谱吗Unfortunately, when I click the zotero chrome extension, it does not open the dialogue box that gives me the option to save the articles.It just shows the image below and then shows an error message underneath a while later.Are there any thoughts on what I can do differently?188BET靠谱吗I am using version 7.0 of zotero and most uptodate chrome.Thanks so much.
