I think we have a misunderstanding.In the video, I selected a paper which was in a collection, not in My Library.Even though I held down the Shift key, the action resulted in a copied state, not a moved one.

It's about the actual view that you're in when trying to drag.You were in My Library, not any other collection, and you can't move from there, because items always exist in My Library.

It sounds like you maybe expect moving from My Library to move the item out of all other collections it's in, but moving doesn't work that way and never has.Moving is for moving an item from one collection that you're in at that moment to another collection.It has nothing to do with any other collections the item might be in.

If you want to share another video that shows this not working when dragging from one collection to another, you can do so, but that's not what you showed.
