Upgrade StorageManage auto-update settings globally on macOS

Is there a way to control auto-update (and other settings too) on macOS globally?
I know i can control the settings for my user from Settings -> Advanced -> Config Editor.188BET靠谱吗This creates a a file in user space (/Users/$USER/Library/Application Support/Zotero/Profiles/randomly_generated/prefs.js).188BET靠谱吗But for this file to be created, i need to open Zotero at least once first.So looping trough user folders and modifying this file won't really work well.
Is there a location where i can create a prefs.js file (or some other file) - and it will apply to all users?Or possibly manage the settings via configuration profile?
Our Mac's are managed, so the users don't need (and can't cause they do not have admin accounts) to update Applications themselves.
