Upgrade StorageProblem with syncing

188BET靠谱吗I have a new laptop, and I am trying to transfer my Zotero data from the old one to the new one.
On the old laptop, I have an account linked to the library with the username "mlemerle".However, I forgot the password and I tried to reset it but I never received the email.I suspect that it might still be linked to my old student email address, which I do not have access to anymore.

188BET靠谱吗Since I was not able to use the "sync" option, I tried copying the Zotero folder from the old laptop to the new one.However, when I import it on the new laptop, I still have a message telling me that "the database was previously linked to mlemerle, and that eveything will be deleted if I connect with marielemerle".
Any help would be appreciated!
