Upon trying to sync between my iPad and my M2 Macbook Air, I get the message: Error—user canceled primary password entry.
The application is closed on my iPad and I receive this message on my Mac despite using the correct username and password.I have quit the application on all platforms and tried to log in solely on my Mac to no avail.Any suggestions?
