"Locked" comments in group libraries?

Hey everyone!
I work in a group library with 4 colleagues and when one of us leaves a comment in a PDF, it is displayed as "locked" for everyone else.So it can't be changed in color, commenting or hashtags.Is this a problem with my settings or can it simply not be changed?

You're not the first to ask about this, but annotations by others can't currently be changed.

Thanks.Could you tell me, why I even can't change MY OWN comments?They are also signe as "locked".

1.Do you see your username on the annotations?
2.When were those annotations created?
3.What happens if you create new annotations, close the PDF, and reopen it?Can you edit them?
4.Could you also provide a screenshot demonstrating the issue?

1.Yes, I do (see 4.)
2.Some weeks ago.
3.Annotations I created today, can be reopend and edited.

Possibly, the annotations haven't been imported yet and exist only in the PDF file.Do you see the annotations when you open the PDF in another viewer?If so, using File → Import Annotations should import them.
