Need Help in Syncing data from previous hard drive to new

Hello!I just added a new SSD to my laptop.188BET靠谱吗now my windows run on the ssd while my previous hardrive (my Zotero stuff) is attached to the computer as an external drive.somehow my library is intact but my pdf's are not loading up.i get a msg to locate the pdf.How I can sync my pdfs.My cloud space was already full.hope I could able to explain my problem as I am not a tech.savvy guy.
