How to make short not a full note in particular reference Items

Using a customized style of Chicago Note style, How can I make the note a full note?that means i want what appears in the bibliography the same as what appears in the footnote.This is very useful for citing websites and encyclopedias articles because it now only shows the title of the webpage in the footnote, which is not enough.

You can add conditional formatting to the citation layouts in the style to change the note formatting for those types:

You can use any txt editor (for example I use PSPad) or you can use online editor http://editor.citationstyles.org/about/
