That would generally mean that prefs.js in the 188BET靠谱吗Zotero profile directory188BET靠谱吗isn't being saved properly when Zotero closes, which could happen if Zotero is being killed rather than closing normally.

(This doesn't have anything to do with .mozilla/firefox.188BET靠谱吗This is the Zotero app, not a Firefox extension.)
