PDFs inaccessible

Hi,

188BET靠谱吗I recently exported my Mendeley library to Zotero.188BET靠谱吗As the library was larger than the free storage provided by Zotero, I upgraded my storage space, but for many of my files I only see a faded PDF-icon, and when I try to open them, I get the following error:

The attached file could not be found at the following path:

C:\filepath.pdf

188BET靠谱吗It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero, or, if the file was added on another computer, it may not yet have been synced to zotero.org.

I tried to reset the file sync history, but without any luck. Please see the debug ID below.

Debug ID: D861591838

I hope you can help.

Nothing to do with file syncing or storage space.Everything is stored locally before you sync.

Does it actually say "C:\filepath.pdf" or does it say something else?188BET靠谱吗If something else, we'll need to know what it says, either here or via email to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread. We'll respond here in either case.

@AndreasPommer: Are you on a different computer from where you added the files?188BET靠谱吗If so, the problem is just exactly what it says in the error message: the file wasn't yet synced to zotero.org.And that would bebecause of storage space — you're at 300 MB of usage despite a storage subscription, which likely just means you haven't synced the other computer since you increased the storage space.Syncing this computer won't do anything, because the files haven't yet been uploaded to your online library, so there's nothing for this computer to download.
  • I am trying to understand the amount of storage space I have. Many of my PDF icons are faint.I believe that the PDFs were downloaded on this computer but some may have been downloaded on my laptop. How do I know if I have exceeded my storage capacity-I paid for more storage space but maybe not enough. So my questions are: 1) if the PDF icon is faded, is the PDF stored on another computer and I have to update from that computer or is there some other issue.2) How can I determine if I am at my maximum amount of storage?
