Web Library: where is the menu for FILE EDIT VIEW etc

For the Web Library I am not seeing the top most menu for: File, Edit, View, Tools, Help

Is this 'normal'?
If so, then how would I do an import?

It's a website — of course that's not going to be there.That's the menu bar for the desktop app.

It's not currently possible to import metadata files into the web library.(Technically you can paste a RIS/BibTeX/etc.URL into Add by Identifier, but that's not what most people are trying to do.)

Is there a list of things the web interface does not do?
So there are no: add ons, no Timeline, no change layout or fonts, and nothing under the Edit menu?
Not complaining...just trying to get oriented.
