Upgrade Storage[question] Workflow for moving metadata from group back to library?
If I were to ask a research assistant to update the metadata on several incomplete citations, what is the best workflow for this?After some testing, it seems that changes to a file in a private group do not sync back to the main library.I see that I can copy and paste metadata with Zutilo, but that doesn't seem very convenient for a large number of items.And I could delete the originals and the replace them from the group, but that would result in losing any tags I might have.I suppose the fourth choice is to just give someone the login credentials to my account, but I'd like to avoid that if possible.Any suggestions?Or any experience with one of the above-mentioned workflows?Thanks.
